8 Men work in 24 days:- 80
1 Men work in 24 days:- 80/8 = 10
1 Men work in 1 days:- 10/24
1 Men work in 30 days:- (10/24)*30
36 Men work in 30 days:- ((10/24)*30)*36 = 450
