Question: Can we execute QTP scripts in LoadRunner? Our system uses a Linux with tandem database. What's a tandem database and primarily what languages it uses like C++ or COBOL. What protocol should we select while creating scripts? like if its web we use HTTP protocol so for here what factors should we consider to select on a protocol.

| Yes it is possible to invoke the QTP scripts from LoadRunner when the machine is installed with the QTP and when you run the QTP script file, LR will give you the option in the drop down of the file open with Astra Quick Test as one option and select the appropriate QTP file in LR it will open the LR script in QTP saved format. |
