Question: Isolate the Problem
Answer: The BlackBerry handheld has a basic calculator. With the software load you are testing, you find that you cannot enter the number "6". What steps would you take to further isolate the problem? |

| 1. Type 0~5 and 7~9 for Calculator, make sure whether the other numbers can be inputed. (This is to check Calculator can do wht number input well or not) 2. Try 18/3 for example with Calculator (This is to check 6 can be displayed well or not) 3. Exit Calculator, dial a telephone number which contains 6 or try other applications (for example email/text/address...) to input number 6(This is to check key "6" works well or not outside of Calculator)
