RE: What are the critical things a project manager must focus to the senior management?
 

1. Overall Project Health (Schedule, Budget) - preferably in colors of Green,
Yellow, Red

2. True and accurate status of the project, in clear and concise terms,
including high level project schedule, and accomplishments

3. Critical and High Issues that require senior management attention, what is
your plan to address them, and any action items for the management

4. Critical and High Risks that the management must be aware of, what is your
mitigation plan, when they would become issues, and what, if any, help do you
need from the senior management

5. Next Steps/Next Major Milestones to the project
