Question: Isolate the Problem
Answer: The BlackBerry handheld has a basic calculator. With the software load you are testing, you find that you cannot enter the number "6". What steps would you take to further isolate the problem? |

| Usually the calculators have different modes of working, for example, Angle mode, Display Mode, Engineering base calculator. Change the modes of the calculator & then check, if the display of number 6 is affected by any of these modes. |
