Question:  Coding RECFM=F over RECFM=FB

Answer: What is the advantage of coding RECFM=F over RECFM=FB why not F.

I could be wrong but years ago, F meant unblocked. Just tried it, F by itself still means unblocked. (ie LRECL=BLKSIZE)
