RE: Managment as a Career

Management as career is best. Since it deals with each and every aspect of the organisation, for example if you opt HR as your feild you will find HR works in all areas of the organisation, right from the recruiting of the employee to his/her termination, and takes care of payrolls and all realted aspects that are linked with the employee for his or her welfare. Management is not only meant for HR it contains all feilds like Marketing, Finaance, IT etc. if one want to develop his/her careeer in Management he/she has to be expertise in one of the feild.
