The main diff is STLC is a part of SDLC and it's included in SDLC after develop stage.
And find the stages of both cycles below.

SDLC:

-> Intial
-> Analysis
-> Design
-> Development
-> Testing
-> Maintainance

STLC:

First Test plan and then :

-> Req Review
-> Test Development ( TCS preparation)
-> Test Execution
-> Result Analysis
-> Reporting
