Question:  You have 2 containers , one of 5litres and other of 3 litre capacity. provided with unlimited supply of water, you have to measure 4 litres with it

Initially take water with 3 ltrs capacity and pour in to 5 ltr capacity and again do the same thing. So now you  have 1 ltr in 3 ltr capacity container. Remove all the water from the 5 ltr container and fill with 1 ltr water which is in the 3 ltr container and now take another 3 ltr and pour in to the 5 ltr capacity container now it has 4 ltrs.
