Invoice is credit sales receipt, monthly statement (newspaper, membership, Advertisement Fees), Purchase orders, utility Bills (Water, Sewer, Electricity, Telephone bills). Customer has to pay according to invoice if he is obtaining above services.
Invoice is nothing but data which has unique invoice no, customer no to whom service provided. eg. for Telephone bills there wil be customer account no, service period, amount to pay, due date, discount if any, discription of usage of telephone (total minutes, charges per minute, STD or ISD calls etc.) |
