here volume of Big sphere and volume of all the three small Sphere will be same

  let diameter of 3rd small cube be x cm.
  so,
      4/3*pi*(3/2)cube=4/3*pi*(1.5/2)cube+4/3*pi*(2/2)cube+4/3*pi*(x/2)cube
after calculation
  x=cube root of(15.625)
