Answer: For what reasons does a BA correspond with a Vendor? How can he deal with a vendor effectively?

I understood it as client in place of vendor. A BA liaises with client for different reasons as
1.Gathering Business Requirements
2.Creating Technical Specifications
3.Release Implementation Plans
4.Post Deploymeant Docs
5.When creating an Onboarding model for exting project to onboard new clients etc
