Question: Time and Work
Answer: A pipe can fill a tank in 3 hours due to leakage it takes 3.5 hours to fill the same tank then how many hours will the leakage can empty the tank |

Time taken to fill the tank is 1/3 and due to leakage is 3 1/2 i.e 7/2. So work done by leak in 1 hour is 1/3-2/7=1/21.
leak will empty the tank in 21 hrs. |
