Question:  How to handle end user if he is very much opposed to change in the process??

Answer: How to handle end user if they are very much opposed to change in the process? this may be because they have to enter more data now then in prior system or they not easily adaptable to new technology. how we can convince them or on which matters.

 I will give them real time example and situation to show them, how change in system/ process will make their job easier.
