Question:  Category and Folder Difference

Answer: what is the major difference between a folder and a category......when both are for organising the documents

folders and categorys provide a way of organizing documents and bi contents.
folders provide physical storage location of file as well as mean to navigate content.
categorys provide navigation only.
a file must be stored in a folder but it does not have to be assined a category.
one document can be assigned to multiple categorys.but one document must be
reside in one folder only.
