Why I can't open the attachment with jpg files?

When I open a bug with attachments of jpg files, it displays that"file not found",it only happened in my computer,and it's normal for the others.It was all right to open the jpg files before,i dont' know why I can't open it now.Some one can help me?

We have been using an app called genericsqlreport to get excel and access files of td info which made our lives a lot easier to produce the reports we need. Upgraded to test director version 9 and now genericsqlreport.Exe does not work.. But since they upgraded to td v9 from v8 last week it won't work....
