Hello friends..Suppose i m not satisfied with my present job and i want 2 leave immediately and search for new job. will it create any problem in getting a new job after leaving the present job.

Could you suggest me a University Affiliated Technical Qualification to pursue. How is MCM of Pune University.? Does it hold any value in the industry; or should I take up Vendor Certification eg .SCJA (Sun Certification). Please advise
Hi,I have done BE in Elect Engg. in 2000. I worked in software development for 15 months and since then working in a BPO as Technical Support. I want to change my carrier and go to some technical like Software Testing or Linux Administrator but I do not understand how to cover this large gap of working in a BPO. Please help.
