I am M C M (Master of Computer Management) ,M B A ( Marketing & Sales) and working as Asst. Programmer in a cement company since last 5 years.I m working on SQL,Oracle 10g and I have beginners knowledge of oracle .I generate reports using sql,forms and handle some kind of MIS using MS-OFFICE .and also maintain the databse and make changes in software according to users requirement I observed i m not so expert in programming and if i want to do any other course/training i have to leave the present

But Always being working in IT. 7+ yrs.Have work with Wipro , Microsoft.I have work as system admin / site in-charge.I had done MCSE on Win NT.Now want to upgrade my self.Now have option to learn Software testing / Oracle / C sharp & Asp.net.My preference is for Oracle. Hello sir, i read almost all of the questions ...but not getting answer for my question....my question is:-- i am a prod. engr..having 1.5 years of exp. in quality dept in a mech. firm. & i want to make my career in sap.i enquire @ it for SAP-QMS training but i heared SAP QMS is not demending...jobs are less...& one should go for SAP-PP for better jobs..? is it true?i am totally confused wheather to go for sap qms or sap -pp? which is better? please reply..thanks in advance.
